Our Quality Control Process

• Incoming material inspection: every batch of cells and components is verified against A-grade acceptance criteria, with QR-code traceability on battery cells.
• BMS functional test: over-charge, over-discharge, short-circuit and temperature protection are tested on each BMS.
• Assembly and welding inspection: welding quality and insulation are inspected at every assembly station.
• Aging test: finished packs complete a full aging and cycling test to verify capacity and balance.
• Final inspection and packing: appearance, function and packaging are checked before shipping, with records kept per batch.
